WELCOME

A mental wellness space built on warmth, trust, and intention.

Our Story

Sukoon began with a simple but powerful observation: not everyone who needs support wants to walk into a therapist’s clinic.

When Priyanshi moved back to Guwahati, she noticed a real gap. There were people who wanted help, reflection, or emotional support, but they were looking for a space that felt softer, more welcoming, and less clinical. A space where they could reconnect with themselves.

That is what led to the creation of Sukoon.

Built from a deep passion for mental wellness, Sukoon brings together therapist-led support, healing-led experiences, and emotionally safe spaces for people who want to better understand themselves and care for their well-being.

What Sukoon stands for.

A note from the founder

Priyanshi Bhartia

Sukoon began with a simple but important realisation not everyone who needs support feels comfortable walking into a clinical space.

After spending time in the U.S., when I moved back to India, I noticed a clear gap. There were people who wanted to talk, reflect, and understand what they were going through, but were looking for something that felt more human, more approachable, and less overwhelming.

That’s what led to Sukoon.

I wanted to create a space where people feel safe enough to pause, be honest with themselves, and slowly make sense of what they’re feeling, without pressure or judgment.

Whether you’re here for a one-on-one session, a group experience, or simply exploring, my hope is that Sukoon feels like a place you can return to a space that supports you with care, clarity, and intention.
